Three small aggressive dogs running loose out of backyard trying to bite lower legs.

Rear yard looks like a junk yard,not fair to adjacent properties.

Tree hangs over sidewalk,cars and street,a lot of large limbs are dead and rotted and present a danger to people and cars

Squatters have broken into basement, not good for adjoining buildings.

Ice is very bad.

Every winter this property does not maintain it's sidewalks, right now they are a sheet of ice.

All trees on north side of Jefferson Street between Dove and South Swan need to be trimmed as they are blocking the street lights making the block very dark at night.

Loose bricks placed around tree could cause a few problems.

370 Madison Ave. is a danger to the people living on either side of it and to the rear of it,and nobody cares.

Rear of building open to weather,animals and whatever,pretty soon it will be to far gone.Truly a "@#$% BUILDING".

Building is vacant and has been foreclosed on, NO ONE IS CARING FOR IT. It is a total eyesore on main toroughfare.
