Medium size tree limb at the curb on the side (Dove St.) of 372 Madison Ave. also some "street trash" around it.

This is a vacant building owned by Wells Fargo Bank,the rear of the building is open to the weather, can look through to front windows.Pretty soon the brick row house will be beyond saving.There is a company that is suppose to be looking after this building for the bank,it is not happening,company name and number posted on front door.The city needs to address this problem before it is too late.

Was bright electric sign at this address approved by the city, it does not seem to "go" with this area. There are other signs close by but none like this.

sidewalk in front of building needs to be cleaned-up.(leaves,pieces of paper etc.)

Business at 164 Jefferson St. does not have a private trash collector, puts trash out for city to collect.

3 buildings with 5 or more rental units that do not have private trash collectors.

Need to check rear fire exits of these two buildings that have a combined total of 12 units.

Wall has collapsed onto its own roof, rear walls of building have structural problems,needs to be inspected by city engineer, top to bottom.

Trash put out 6 days prior to pick-up day.

Large amount of trash/garbage accumulating on rear porch in plastic kitchen bags,could cause major pest problem in area. This is a very absentee landlord.

Parapet wall against 368 Madison Ave has collapsed onto its own roof (370) and is causing rain water to get down between the two buildings and enter 368 Madison Ave.causing water damage to my property. The brick wall is laying on the roof of its own building.Bank owned building is in really bad shape.

Vacant building,suppose to have a company looking after it for Wells Fargo Bank,as posted on door, not doing their job.
