Crosswalk activation button on southeast corner of intersection is non-functional. Button would not depress on Sunday, January 7. Possibly frozen in place.

Pedestrian signal at northwest corner of Sanford and Dixwell does not work. I pressed the button, waited through two complete light cycles, but the pedestrian signal never came on.

There is a downed power line across the street.

There is a mattress on the west side of Farnam Drive. There are also large, full garbage bags on the west side further south. One at the intersection of East Rock Avenue and one between there and Orange Street. I don't know what is in the bags and they are tied for now, but between the rain, traffic, and animals will probably be torn open soon and littering the road, park, and river.

There is a lot of garbage on the south side of the road just before the Mill River, almost as if a pickup truck hauling garbage got into an accident. This will almost certainly end up in the river if not cleaned up. It is on the Hamden side of the river as well.

There is no crosswalk or walk signal at the Skiff Dixwell intersection. With the large street width and traffic volume at this intersection, it becomes difficult and dangerous for an able bodied person to cross, let alone any on with a handicap or walking difficulty.

The two pedestrian walk signals to cross Eastern on either side of Kenwood no longer come on automatically.

The turn signal from NB Riverside Parkway to 95 south should have a yielding green rather than a prohibited red. There are clear sight lines to allow for safe lefthand turns and the prohibited red causes long backups at times when there is no opposing southbound traffic on Riverside Parkway.
