    I often exit at Keith Avenue at night and have noticed that this light continues in its regular cycle, forcing traffic on Clinton Avenue to stop for a lengthy amount of time, while no one ever is coming the other way. This light should switch to a blinking yellow/red in the evening as traffic on both streets is light and there are no pedestrians who need the signal.
