"Painting without permit"??? The photo fails to capture the true horror of a mess created on this house. There is no "Painting!" involved whatsoever.
The term "Painting" implies a coordinated method to beautify and protect a structure and when properly applied will last at least a decade or longer. This Blot on the neighborhood has none of those quality's. Please re-post as: "Painting without a clue"
