    Bed mattress base dumped on Jefferson behind 396 Madison at about 5pm Tuesday 10th august 2021 by landlord. This or similar ( furniture, parts of a washer, more bed parts, junk Etc) has happened every week for at least a month. So that we (the residents of Jefferson) have to see it until next trash day.

    MOST WEEKS someone in the 386 Madison household dumps used furniture behind the address on Jefferson. Eventually the City people remove it but net before it has been there a week or more because they never call it in to be picked up. This photo is 4 days before trash pickup and is typical of most weeks from this household. It is not even behind their property, but the apartment building next to them.

    If this is not a code violation it should be...
    Home owner shoots squirrels from his 2nd story back deck and leaves carcases where they fall ... in other folks back yards that he can't access.
    He also left a half inch deep dent in my aluminum gutter, just a couple of inches above my window when he missed the animal he was aiming at.
    Police said they can't stop him but I have been told shooting squirrels is illegal in Albany
    I am more woried about pets and kids within this idiots range
