Every morning at 8am the Sprinklers at University Crossings apartments are spraying across the sidewalk. So your options are 1. walk in the road 2. walk around the whole block 3. get soaked. What are people to do who are disabled or have a stroller? Not to mention the huge waste of water, most of it is watering the sidewalk. Could they not either water earlier or put sprinklers on both sides?
