This are the same tags/words that were on Madison Avenue on the block between Lark and Willet. There are huge tags (different words) on the side of El Loco, across from Suzi's at Delaware and Elm and all over the neighborhood. This needs to go to the police, not just DGS. Please everyone make reports with APD even if only by phone. A neighborhood watch may be necessary again since we're not getting assistance from APD. I wonder if the Sheriff's department would step into the law enforcement gap Albany clearly has.
