Not sure what category to put this in, but the old pay phone mount is empty and needs to be removed or replaced. It's an eye sore, attracts graffiti, and is too close to the adjacent fire hydrant. We are trying to clean up this street to improve the quality of life and to reduce broken window affect as much as possible. Please help or advise how to proceed. Thanks!
