Description

During the day traffic is backed up on this ramp sometimes all the way to E. Harris Blvd. Cars turning left onto Old Concord cant turn due to oncoming traffic. Cars sometimes go off the shoulder, turn left and then make a U-turn to avoid the sometimes 10-15 minute wait. I will post a picture at a later date. Thanks
