As reported here several times before - The left turn signal for SB Morehall Rd (SR-29) at Valley Stream Pkwy is poorly timed or has a bad sensor. You wait several minutes for it to trip whne thee is NO opposing (NB) traffic, even if you enter the turn lane when your light is going fro yellow -red - green. It is not sensing the traffic in that lane. Ask the Krapf bus drivers. They choose to go farther south to turn east and then to go north on Swedesford Rd.
